Employee is sick and cannot complete is Offboarding Employee Review Check

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

1. Terminate a candidate 
2. Manager complete the Employer Review task
3. Offboardee is not available to complete Employee Review Check

As a manager, you cannot complete the Offboarding Employee Review Check for the employee. If it's a requirement for your Business, please log an enhancement request for this feature.

As an Admin, you can force complete the task by navigating to 

1. BPE: Manage Users Tasks
2. Find the correct Employee Review Task
3. Click Complete Task

To identify the correct task, you need to find the task ID in BPE: Monitor Process.
