3146692 - Error when trying to terminate a manager - Employee Central

When trying to terminate a manager following error appears: 

1. Error in Employment Details: The operation could not be performed because there were errors with other records reported.

2. Error in Employment Details: An error occurred while processing a forward propagated Job Information record with these values (start-date=AAAA-MM-DD).The manager (userId) for user "employee userid" does not exist or was not yet recruited as of AAAA-MM-DD.

3. Error in Employment Details: The manager (userId) for user "employee userid" does not exist or was not yet recruited as of AAAA-MM-DD.

An direct report of current manager been terminated have a future record with an invalid manager (manager is inactive).

1. Go to the direct reportees of the employee (manager) being terminated
2. Check if there are future records with new managers
3. Change the manager to a valid one
4. Proceed with termination.
