3146692 - Error when trying to terminate a manager - Employee Central

When trying to terminate a manager following error appears: 

1. Error in Employment Details: The operation could not be performed because there were errors with other records reported.

2. Error in Employment Details: An error occurred while processing a forward propagated Job Information record with these values (start-date=AAAA-MM-DD).The manager (userId) for user "employee userid" does not exist or was not yet recruited as of AAAA-MM-DD.
