3146701 - Restriction on restriction field doesn't work

You set restriction on business role to restrict the access for certain restriction fields (Profit Center, Cost Center or Cost Element).
However, the restriction doesn't work. The user still has authorization to access all data in the report.

You only restricted fields for the item itself, but unrestricted the Hierarchy fields.

You need to maintain restrictions for both item and it's Hierarchy. For example, if you want to restrict Profit Center, you need to also restrict Profit Center Hierarchy and Profit Center Hierarchy Nodes. Otherwise, you grant authorization for the whole structure nodes of the hierarchy.
