3146716 - The start date or end date of production order is not calculated correctly.

Symptom

In 'Forward' or 'Backward' scheduling , when calculating the 'End date' or 'Start date' with 'Move time', the date is not calculated as expected. E.g. the factory calendar is ignored.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create Work center 001 and assign to location group A.
  2. Create Work center 002 and assign to location group B.
  3. Maintain Move time between A and B in SSCUI 103397.
  4. Create routing with operation 0010 with work center 001, operation 0020 with work center 002.
  5. Create production order to check the calculated start date or end date.

Cause

In the capacity header of work center 001 or 002,  the start time and end time are not maintained.
Due to this , the operation 0010 will not be considered a valid one to calculate the date.

Resolution

Maintain the start time or end time in the capacity header of work center .
