1. Go to Surveys work center
2. Open Survey 123 (where 123 denotes the name of the survey)
3. Go to Design facet.
4. Open the Survey Question Type as Matrix.
5. There is no calculation visible.

The calculation is not available for matrix surveys.

The calculation is mostly used for Numeric Value type of Surveys
