Unable to delete Sales Quote in the system.
Environment
SAP Cloud For Customer
Reproducing the Issue
-
Go to Sales workcenter.
-
Go to Sales Quotes view.
-
Select Show all and find Sales Quote 123 (123 denotes Sales Quote ID)
- Go to Actions.
- Delete Sales Quote
You get a warning message "Sales Quote with ID 123 can't be deleted because of existing follow-up documents'
Cause
Quotes with follow-up/related objects can not be deleted.
Resolution
If it is not possible to deleted the related survey the customer could consider to cancel the quote.
