3147185 - No Data in the My Team's Sales Orders Query

You, as a manager, are trying to filter for open sales orders from your team members using the My Team's Open Orders query, but no results are returned.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Access the Sales Orders work center view.
3. Change selection to My Team's Open Orders.
4. No records found. 

In order for data to be displayed in the My Team's Sales Order query, the user executing the query must be assigned as manager to an org unit that has the Sales function enabled.

Please review the org structure data in the Organizational Management work center and ensure that the above-mentioned prerequisites are met.
