3147375 - Internal Candidate with Deleted Profile - Recruiting Management

An Internal Candidate has the Candidate Profile deleted from Application view:

Summarizing, the main cause of the issue is the effect of Candidate Conversion Process (that either was stopped and restarted or never started) when system finds a specific scenario where a Candidate has two different Profiles (Internal and External that were not converted, existing parallel).

This Job will execute this deletion when matching specific criteria, described below: 

1. An Internal Candidate was Forwarded to a Requisition and never applied; 
2. This Candidate has also an External Candidate that was created separately, not being converted before; 

As an example, this is the workflow that leads to the removal of the Candidate Profile:

1. A candidate has an External Candidate Profile;
2. The candidate also have an Internal candidate profile: these two different Profiles address the same person;
3. Conversion Job Runs at some point;
4. The system will remove the Internal Profile created, regardless any update added to the profile before conversion;
5. When the conversion job runs, the External Profile will be converted and the system will carry the same Candidate ID from the External to the Internal Candidate Profile.

The result is that system does not ignores the existing Internal Profile and will execute the Conversion of the External one, deleting permanently the existing internal one and removing the Candidate ID.  

These scenarios described above will be considered expected as per configuration.

We will not be able to retrieve any candidate information from our side because the candidate is removed from the system.
