3147472 - ABAP SAML2 with Multiple URLs or Domains

Symptom

  • After SAML 2.0 trust is established through metadata exchange, authentication works only when users access the SAP system using the URL or domain originally maintained in the SAML configuration.
  • When the same system is accessed through a different hostname, domain, Web Dispatcher URL, reverse proxy, or load balancer URL, authentication may fail with errors such as:
