After running the JPB, receive an error message in the export results:

1. Go to Scheduled Job Manager
2. Download export results for JDM Old New to Sync
3. Shows error message on the export results

1. There are locale data discrepancies between Center of Capabilities competencies and JDM competencies:
   • Not all competency library, category, group or competency translations are populated for English US.
   • English Debug translations are populated for some competencies.
2. The data in Center of Capabilities is created even before JDM to JPB migration.

1. To fix locale data discrepancies please make sure to populate competency library, category, group or competency translations for English US locale. If the failing competencies have English Debug translations either in Center of capabilities, or in Provisioning, please remove these translations.
2. Additionally to you could apply the following fix for contextError={  }, formatError={ ???CAPABILITY_MANAGEMENT_COMPETENCY_INPUT_DATA_INCONSISTENCY_FOR_CATEGORY??? }:

1. 1. Export the results from Check Tool.
   2. Go to Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export > Download File > Select Competency. 
   3. Extract the export via Monitor job. Make sure to keep the Backup file. 
   4. Remove the capabilityGroup.externalCode data (It should be blank) from the file.
   5. Import the file via Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export.
