3147562 - OVP cards getting blurry depending where you moved the cards to on the OVP screen

• SAPUI5 Overview Page (OVP) or OVP cards visual issue
• This issue on OVP cards getting blurry occurs in both 1.71.38 and the latest SAPUI5 1.93.0 or 1.94.1 
• Example: The OVP cards can be moved around then depending on the position it was moved, the first OVP cards gets blurry and the second one blurry is getting clear
• It may appear that the problem is not inside the OVP card but the position where they are located at
