3147638 - You are not authorized to access Cloud Integration tenant even as tenant administrator

Symptom

  • While trying to access Cloud Integration (former: CPI) tenant on Neo environment, you get the below error:
    You are not authorized to perform this operation. Contact your tenant administrator for permission.

  • After this, following error is returned:
    Autorefresh was terminated due to multiple failed server requests. Refresh page to update data.

  • You were able to access your tenant. There is no change in permission. Even the tenant administrator could not access the tenant suddenly.
