3147716 - No more option when modify horizontal alignment of Smartforms

Required to modify the horizontal alignment of a table or template in Smartforms, such as below steps:

T-cd: Smartforms -->input smartfrom name -->enter -->double click any table or template-->details -->horizontal alignment

There is only one of the options , normally there should three option also such as below:

"Right", "Left", "Centered"
