The report "Communication Usage" (COMUSGB01) shows no data.

SAP Business byDesign

1. Go to the work center Business Analytics and the view Design Reports.
2. Open the report Communication Usage.
3. It shows no results.

This report can be used to monitor statistics on inbound synchronous service requests. However, the feature needs to be scoped first.

You can scope the Communication Usage view in the Business Configuration work center. Go to the Business Configuration work center and choose the Implementation Projects view. Select your implementation project and click Edit Project Scope. In the Questions step, expand the Communication and Information Exchange scoping element, select the Process Integrated Input and Output Management within Business Process Management and answer the question related to Group: Communication Usage.
