3148095 - Intermittent RBP error when creating a new Offer Approval - Recruiting Management

User is not able to create Offer Approval. The following error is displayed at the moment that the User tries to select a Template:

"The offer approval templates aren't available because you don't have "Permission to Create Forms" Role-Based permissions."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. As a Recruiter that has the necessary RBP to create Forms, go to a Requisition which needs to create an Offer Approval;
2. Find the Candidate that the Offer will be generated;
3. Try to generate the Offer Approval and get the error. 

The error is caused by an internal inconsistency within the DC; this is one of the reasons that it happens occasionally.

When the issue is identified, it is recommended to refresh RBP within Provisioning.

1. Go to Provisioning > Company Settings
2. Search for "Refresh RBP Permission Configuration"
3. Click Refresh button

*Refer to the KBA 2544719 - Setting Up a RBP Refresh Job in SuccessFactors regarding options to schedule the RBP refresh job.

If after manually refreshing the RBP the issue is still present (even though is sporadic), please run a one-time job using the Job Type ???PROVISIONING_JOB_TYPE_CLEAR_COMANY_CACHE_JOB???.

1. Go to Provisioning > Manage Scheduled Jobs
2. Click Create New Job
3. Enter Job Name and Job Owner
4. In Job Type, select '???PROVISIONING_JOB_TYPE_CLEAR_COMANY_CACHE_JOB???'
5. Click Create Job
6. Click Run It Now from the Actions menu
