3148145 - Decline Documents does not work for Crossboarding - Onboarding

The candidate is has been initiated from recruiting and start to be processed in onboarding to complete the additional data collection step after this the document flow trigger but selected to "Decline Documents" and was expecting for the activity to be moved back to the additional data collection step but it moved the candidate to Manage pending hire or back to the homepage instead.

• SuccessFactors Onboarding

The Decline Document / Decline E-Signature only works when the process has a personal data collection step. Since the crossboarding activity do not have Personal data collection step and has only Additional data collection the feature to decline of signature do not work here and the candidate is moved to Manage pending hire. 

Currently this is an expected behavior and as of the moment this cannot be configured/change as this is a product limitation. If you think that the behavior of this feature should be changed please raise an enhancement request instead by following KBA 2090228 - How to Submit Ideas for SAP SuccessFactors Products so that the product and engineering team can review this and possibly be added on the future updates of the system.
