3148150 - DB start failed with error "The log GUID in database identity differs from database definition" -- SAP IQ

Symptom

While running HA test with standalone IQ DB, getting failed to start due to the below error post recovery on secondary node.

The DB is getting failed due to can't use log fine '/.../*.PDB.log' since it is shorter than expected.

This customer has following specifications.
- Using RHEL PCS Cluster solution
- Enabled Transaction Log mirroring
