3148364 - Static Attachment included in email template is not triggered successfully - Onboarding

The attachment is missing while the email triggering for external candidate. Static email attachment rule is configured in the system and the document is successfully uploaded in Manage Documents.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Document Name uploaded in Manage Documents is incorrect.
• We do not support the use of any special characters or space in the file name available uploaded in Manage Documents for Static Documents.

• For example, if the file name id "abc 123.pdf",  the space in between "abc" and "123" is an unsupported character. Similarly special characters are also not supported.
• Kindly change the file name without the use of special characters or space and reupload the form.
