3148483 - Product allocation is confirming sales order even the product allocation procedure doesn't exist in material

• PAL is expected not to confirm the sales order when the product allocation procedure is not defined in the material.
• During the ATP check in transaction VA02, clicking on the 'Display Product Allocation' button displays the error message:
  'Product of item 000010 not allocated
