3148557 - Filters applied under Manage Filter in detailed reporting doesn't show up

Symptom

Suppose we create  a cross domain detailed report on two domains "A" and "B".

If we set filters on fields of domain A, they appear under "Manage Filters" (bottom left) of Query Designer.

But, if we try to apply filter on fields from Domain B and save then in UI Manage Filters section looks empty.
