3148562 - Can't add Instructor Led Activities (Classes) to Program Agenda

It is not possible to add instructor led (classes) to Program (agenda).

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Search for any Program (A)
2. Search for item
3. Add instructor led/classes
4. Add the item (1)(with 2 classes)
5. Add the class inside of the item.
6. Search for any Program  (B)
7. Search for same item
8. Add instructor led/classes
9. Try to add the previous item
10. The same class will not show for two programs.

This is expected behavior. Scheduled programs cannot share classes across programs.

Alternatively, to have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
