• After Upgrading to S/4HANA 2021 (or higher) or installing this version, View browser/Custom Analytical Queries app is throwing error:
  
  App Could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment.
  
  when trying the run the query using the "Show content"/"Preview" button.
• Failed to resolve navigation target "#AnalyticQuery-analyze?bsa_query=XXXXXXXXX&sap-app-origin-hint=". This is most likely caused by an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad content configuration or by a missing role assignment.
• While checking the catalog SAP_CA_BC_VDM, there is an empty target mapping, and there is the following error message on the top-left corner while the empty target mapping is opened:
  Configure: 'Reference lost: Note 2495630 Page X-SAP-UI2-ADCAT:SAP_TC_CA_VDM_BE_APPS:S4CA , Instance ID /SSB/XVUTSQPONMLKKJIG_TM'
