3148669 - Query browser, Analytics and Report Gallery unable to find custom query using the custom analytical query description

Symptom

Customer created queries using Custom Analytical Query application with custom provided description have been replaced as “Created using Custom Analytical Queries app” in Query browser and Analytics Report Gallery application.

Environment

SAP S/4Hana Cloud 2202, SAP S/4Hana Marketing Cloud 2202

Reproducing the Issue

Open Analytics Report Galley application, custom queries created via Custom Analytical Query app have the name as “Created using Custom Analytical Queries app”

Open Query browser application, custom queries created via Custom Analytical Query app have the description as “Created using Custom Analytical Queries app”

Resolution

The issue is addressed and fixed with 2202 HFC04 which will be released on the 5-6th March, 2022

Workaround for Analytic Report Gallery application:

  1. Choose “Select Columns”
  2. Choose “ID” field and click OK
  3. Search for the provided Query based on ID for ex: YY1_TEST(which is the name of Query in Custom Analytical Query app.

Workaround for Query browser application:

Search for the provided Query based on ID for ex: YY1_TEST(which is the name of Query in Custom Analytical Query app.
