3148882 - [Onboarding/Offboarding] Working on existing processes and tasks post Instance Refresh

Post instance refresh, all the Onboarding related configurations and data are now available in the new environment, but we are not able to work on the onboarding records migrated from Production.

Post instance refresh, in the Onboarding dashboard we can see a lot of Onboarding records (migrated from Production), but we aren't able to work on those records. When tasks is started these are only loading and does not work

During instance refresh, if you select to copy data along with configuration, both data and configuration of source instance will be copied to target. But process definition xmls won’t be deployed. When you try to access the existing candidate from Dashboard, as there is no XML flow associated, process will not kick start.

Currently this is an expected system behaviour. You need to proceed with new process creation for new hires.
