3148943 - Comments entered with Decision Reason missing in Workflow Email notification

Symptom

After configure in SSCUI 104740 several decision reasons, the user can select one of the decision Reason ID in the My inbox, and also enter comments in the Text Box. However in the Email notification the comments are not displayed.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

Comments are currently not displayed; the email body does not show the approver’s comments, and only the text entered against the Decision Reason ID in SSCUI 104740 can be displayed.

Resolution

The comments are only displayed in the 'Approval Details' tab in the app Manage Purchase Orders.
