3148971 - "Agent version differs from LM-SERVICE" Error in Agent Administration - SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP 11 and SP 13

Following the implementation of the Solution Manager 7.2 SP11 LM-SERVICE Patch 14 (LMSERVICE11P_14-80000341.SCA) or SP13 LM-SERVICE Patch 2 (LMSERVICE13P_2-80000341.SCA) the Agent Administration shows the error for the diagnostics agents:

• "7.20.11.14.20220211191818 - Agent version differs from LMService"

• "7.20.13.2.20220204070621 - Agent version differs from LMService"

• Solution Manager 7.2 SP13
• Solution Manager 7.2 SP11

Error appears in Agent Administration:

1. Solution Manager Administration
2. Infrastructure
3. Framework
4. Agent Framework
5. Agent Admin
6. All Agents

or <Solution_Manager_host>:<port>/smd/AgentAdmin

This is a minor bug which Development Support already provided a fix.

The latest security fix SAP Note - 3145008 - is contained within the current LM-SERVICE Patch 15 (SP11) or Patch 2 (SP13).

Patch the LM-SERVICE with the latest patch level available, and then you can validate that the security fix is installed by accessing:

[AS JAVA URL]:[http(s)port]webdynpro/resources/sap.com/tc~webadministrator~oscommand/OsCommandApp?SAPtestId=9

this should give a 404 Error.
