3148971 - "Agent version differs from LM-SERVICE" Error in Agent Administration - SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP 11 and SP 13

Symptom

Following the implementation of the Solution Manager 7.2 SP11 LM-SERVICE Patch 14 (LMSERVICE11P_14-80000341.SCA) or SP13 LM-SERVICE Patch 2 (LMSERVICE13P_2-80000341.SCA) the Agent Administration shows the error for the diagnostics agents:

  • "7.20.11.14.20220211191818 - Agent version differs from LMService"
  • "7.20.13.2.20220204070621 - Agent version differs from LMService"
