Symptom

8D Report is printed or print previewed in transaction QM02 from the 'Action box'. The texts in the sections - like Defect description, Defect causes, Immediate tasks, Corrective tasks, Identification of delivered material, Check success of corrective tasks, Comment - seem to be incorrect.
