3149041 - Picklist During NHDR - "[*Field name*] has an obsolete picklist value." - Onboarding

When the NHDR step is being done, the following error appears after click on Submit button - "[Field name] has an obsolete picklist value."

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Access the candidate's New Hire Data Review
2. When clicking on Submit, regardless of which part of the step
3. The error message "[Field name] has an obsolete picklist value." appears

This is happening due to the picklist have a same external code for an Active and an Inactive picklist option. The system is considering the inactive ones over active ones.

This issue requires a Code-fix and the Engineering Team is working on it, and we will be updating this once and ETA is confirmed

WORKAROUND

As a workaround the user that is performing the NHDR step, can re-select the value on the field and it will be possible to proceed with the next steps.
