3149046 - Set Body Activity in Content Modifier is taking a long time to complete

Symptom

  • Message processing is taking a long time to complete
  • According to the Message Processing Log (MPL), the majority of the time is spent setting the body in the content modifier step
    ie. There is a long time between the StartTime and StopTime of the setBody activity, such as the following - 
    {Activity=setBody, StartTime=Thu Jan 06 11:20:58.957 UTC 2022, StopTime=Thu Jan 06 18:42:24.348 UTC 2022}
