The Manager activities Tile is not present in the New Homepage, how to enable?

The New Hire Activities is a system auto-generated tile and this is not available for New Homepage, only for the old Homepage.

With the current offering of Onboarding 1.0 the tile is not available in the New HomePage and only possible to see the open activities through the To-Do alert icon in the global page header. There is no configuration or settings for New Hire activities to appear on the alert icon.
