3149143 - Reports scheduled offline don't appear in My Schedules

Reports are missing in My Schedules/All Schedules tab in report center

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• Report Center 

1. Login to instance
2. Proceed to Report Center
3. Schedule a new report
4. Proceed to My Schedules
5. Reports are missing

MDF Object Definition DB needs to be resynced

Since 2211 release, the MDF Object Definition DB is available from within the instance (prerequisite is that is was previously created at least once from Provisioning). Please see steps below:

1. Open Admin Center -> Scheduled Job Manager
2. click the tab Job Scheduler
3. click Job Type -> MDF Object Definition to DB Sync
4. You can then select Actions -> Run it Now
   *(you will need correct RBP permission, see FAQ below for the pre-requisite )

Note: Users can only directly run this job using "Run It Now" option, it is not possible to schedule this job to a future date.

RBP Pre-requisite

• This action is supported in Scheduled Job Manager, for the selected job type.
• You have the following permissions:
  • Admin Center Permissions  Monitor Scheduled Jobs
  • Admin Center Permissions  Manage Scheduled Jobs
