3149159 - Physical inventory item count quantity is initially set as "0" by default regardless current stock quantity.

When you count the physical inventory document with application Count Physical Inventory, the quantity is set as "0" before you enter the real warehouse stock quantity.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud system

1. Create physical inventory document with application Count Physical Inventory.
2. Run application Count Physical Inventory, filter the physical inventory document with selections.
3. Go the detail page, enter the counter and count date.
4. You can find the quantities are "0" even there is stock for the storage bins or products.

This is a known issue to SAP.

The fix will be available via hotfix colleaction 2202 HFC04 on 5th March.
