3149167 - Personal Information defaulted from previous record in case of Rehire with New Employment

Default Personal Information during rehire is set as "No" in Hire/Rehire Configuration object MATCHINGUSERCONFIG, still Personal information, address information, National Id information, Phone information is defaulted from Inactive record when you Rehire with New Employment.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Add New Employee
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Rehire Inactive Employee

1. Go to Manage Data.
2. Select Hire/Rehire Configuration and search for MATCHINGUSERCONFIG.
3. For the option "Default Personal Information during Rehire" make values as No.
4. Navigate to Rehire Inactive Employee.
5. Select an inactive employee and click on Rehire with New Employment.
6. In personal information section you can see data populated from previous record.

• In case of multiple employments (Concurrent, Global assignment and Rehire with New employment) personal information is common across employments.
• If any changes are performed in personal information of one employment it will be updated in other employments associated to that employee as well. 

• This is expected behavior.
• In Rehire Employee Scenario, Personal Information and Job Information are defaulted.
• In Rehire with New Employment, Personal information will be defaulted based on hire/rehire information and Organization data will not be defaulted. 
• You can submit an enhancement request to change this functionality considered within future development cycles – you can do this on our Customer Community Portal at http://community.successfactors.com/.
