3149616 - No activity cost updated in material cost estimate

When creating Material Cost Estimate, under 'Itemization' tab, there's no activity cost updated.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. APP 'Create Material Cost Estimates', enter 'Material', 'Plant', 'Costing Variant', etc. Press Enter.
2. Check the costing results, under 'Itemization' tab, there's no activity cost updated.

The only operation in the routing was set up for reworks (see the control key that is maintained for that operation).
The operation quantity for reworks will be set to 0 in any case.

This is the same behavior when you create a production order.
Therefore such operations will not be considered by plan calculation like material costing.

'Control Key' could be found via APP 'Display Routing', double click 'Operation' line, you can find the 'Control Key'.
Then check the configuration-> 'Define Control Key', SSCUI 102001 in APP Manage Your Solution.
Check whether indicator 'Rework' is ticked for the Control Key. 

Use a different control key in the operation, you can copy existing one but untick 'Rework' indicator.
