3149642 - "Unable to retrieve data from the data source." error when opening a Story based on HANA Direct live connection with SAML SSO in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• "Unable to retrieve data from the data source." error when opening a Story based on HANA Direct live connection with SAML SSO in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Existing connection is not working only for few users.
• From the Google Developer tool Console log the following error can be captured: 

"Access to fetch at 'https://<host>.accounts.ondemand.com/saml2/idp/sso/host.accounts.ondemand.com?SAMLRequest=xxxxx&RelayState=XS-xxxxx&SigAlg=xxxxx&Signature=xxxxx' (redirected from 'https://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/ina/service/v2/GetServerInfo') from origin 'https://<customer/tenant_name>.<datacenter_region>.hcs.cloud.sap' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled."

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)
• SAP HANA 2.00

1. Login to SAC.
2. Try to open a Story based on HANA-Calculation view via HANA Direct live connection with SAML SSO. => Data load in the Story will fail with error: "Unable to retrieve data from the data source."
3. Run the Story URL in the browser with the parameter --user-data-dir=C:\temp\chrome-data-dir to make the browser to work as a fresh new browser with no addons or cache. => After this the Story will load successfully.
4. Now refresh the Story. => Data load in the Story will fail again with error: "Unable to retrieve data from the data source."

The issue is with SAP HANA caching.

• Add this parameter {"cache_control" : "no-cache, no-store"} to the .xsaccess file on SAP HANA server.
