• "Unable to retrieve data from the data source." error when opening a Story based on HANA Direct live connection with SAML SSO in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Existing connection is not working only for few users.
• From the Google Developer tool Console log the following error can be captured: 

"Access to fetch at 'https://<host>.accounts.ondemand.com/saml2/idp/sso/host.accounts.ondemand.com?SAMLRequest=xxxxx&RelayState=XS-xxxxx&SigAlg=xxxxx&Signature=xxxxx' (redirected from 'https://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/ina/service/v2/GetServerInfo') from origin 'https://<customer/tenant_name>.<datacenter_region>.hcs.cloud.sap' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled."
