  3. Also make sure Role Based Permission is configured for this.

See Also

  • Currently, the country specific jobInfo HRIS element is not supported. Hence, if you define this identifier in the country-specific jobInfo element, the employee synchronization from Employee Central with Clock In Clock Out fails.

  • If you have a requirement where you would like to display the Clock In Clock Out group in the Employee Central Job Information page only for employees of certain countries where Clock In Clock Out has been implemented, you can use the following workaround solution.
    1. Create a new Permission Group and choose only employees from a People Pool for whom this Clock In Clock Out group needs to be maintained (for example, all the employees from the few countries where CICO has been implemented by selecting Job Information-Country Country and adding the countries individually).
    2. You can then enable the Clock in Clock Out Group with relevant permissions under Employee Central Effective Dated Entities for a Permission Role and then add this new Permission Group as the target population for that Permission role. With this workaround, you can ensure that the CICO Group is only displayed for the employees of those specific countries.
