If a “No” value has been defined for the "futureLeader" field in the Org Chart XML configuration in Provisioning, then blank data or "no selection" value will be shown as the "No" icon in Succession Org Chart.

Resolution
This is expected behavior of the system. The "No" value for the “futureLeader” icon will be displayed in Succession Org Chart > Position Card for users with empty value (null) in EP. Therefore, even if user has no data selected for the field (null), the icon “no” will show in the Succession Org Chart.
