3150046 - getAuditLogPath failed: SCC startup issue

Symptom

SAP Cloud Connector(SCC) fails to start, and following error is perceived from its trace (ljs_trace.log):

java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: Failed to start component
[StandardEngine[Catalina].StandardHost[localhost].StandardContext[]]
Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method java.io.File.equals(java.lang.Object) of a null object returned from java.io.File.getParentFile()
