Symptom
When the candidate tries to apply in a quick apply requisition, they are routed to the Career's login page instead of the quick apply form.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Recruiter enabled the quick apply in requisition.
- Job is posted in the career site.
- Candidate access the career site.
- Select a position they want to apply.
- Click apply and the candidate is routed to login form instead of quick apply form.
Cause
Disable One-Time Password-based Email Verification is checked in Manage Recruiting Settings.
Resolution
When the trigger Career Site Email Notification is enabled, it is required that candidate will undergo verification before they can successfully create their profile. They will need to access the email and click the verification link from there before they can access the new candidate profile.
In a quick apply enabled requisition, the form of verification is by One-Time Password. Once they fill out the quick apply form, they will be routed to OTP page. If the option Disable One-Time Password-based Email Verification is checked, the quick apply will not work and they will be routed to regular login page to create their account first.
