3150099 - DUMP in RSPO1043 program and ASE Error 7114 - SAP ASE for Business Suite

• ST22 short dumps of type DBSQL_SQL_ERROR are received on SAP ERP systems running on SAP ASE database.
• The dump occurs when executing the program: RSPO1043  related to the standard Job of the SAP_SPOOL_CONSISTENCY_CHECK system.
• The error is: SQL30102 - function sequence error while accessing table: TST01
• The corresponding error in the SAP ASE errorlog is  Error 7114:  Page xxxxx is not a valid text page, which belongs to object ID 255, database ID -339068608.
• The failing query is: DELETE FROM "TST03" WHERE "DCLIENT" = ? AND "DNAME" = ? AND "DPART" = ? AND "DROWNO" = ? /* R3:RTAB:0 T:TST03 M:300 */
• The ASE Error 7114 is accompanied by a stacktrace referencing the functions:

               text_handler
               get_txtpage
               deletetext
               LeDeleteOp::_LeOpNext
               LeEmitNoSndOp::_LeOpNext
               LePlanNext

• "dbcc checktable" on TST03 also fails with Error 7114
• Creation of a copy table of TST03 via SELECT INTO also fails with Error 7114
• "dbcc checktable" on TST01 is clean
