3150148 - Verified Journal Entries Show As Submitted Status After Approval or Rejected.

When processor approved or rejected a verified journal entry, the status for the Journal Entry is shown as submitted instead of posted or rejected.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2202

1. For Requester: Submit a Journal Entry via app "Verify General Journal Entries - For Requester"
2. For Processor: Approved/Reject the Journal Entry via app "Verify Journal Entries in General Ledger - For Processor (Inbox)" with some comment
3. For Requester: The Journal Entry still shows "Submitted" instead of "Posted"/"Rejected" in app "Verify General Journal Entries - For Requester"

The possible root cause is that workflow background user (SAP_WFRT) is missing in table SOUD.

Please create an case with component BC-SRV-COM to run transaction SBCS_USCO to fix this.

As a tempatory workaround, you can 'withdraw' the approved/ rejected journal entry in the app "Verify General Journal Entries - For Requester" where you submitted the journal entry. The withdraw button is in the toolbar. Then you submit journal entry again and approve it without any comment, then it will be posted if there is no error.
