3150231 - Email is not sent to assignees of New Hire Data Review when use Role-Based recipient builder - Onboarding

Role-Based recipient builder: Onboarding Activities assignee is used but only assignees of New Hire tasks can receive emails.

Assignees of New Hire Data Review is not included.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

It is the system behavior.

So far "Onboarding Activities assignee" just include the assignees of New Hire tasks like Assign Buddy, schedule meetings and so on.

If New Hire Data Review is assigned to someone other than manager, e.g. group HR admin, it is required to create an extra template and let it be sent to HR admin.

Make an Enhancement Request in the Customer Community for consideration, if this is an important feature/function you would like to see made in Onboarding in a future release
