3150479 - S-2200 - Transfer within company of the same economic group

Symptom

The user is trying to send the event S-2200 for a transfer employee but the eSocial returns the following message:

EN: The employment contract is already registered in the database of the National Environment of eSocial.
Suggested Action: Check the registration entered and, if already used in another worker's S-2190, S-2200 or S-2300, generate a new registration

PT: O contrato de trabalho já se encontra cadastrado na base de dados do Ambiente Nacional do eSocial.
Ação Sugerida: Verificar a matrícula informada, e se já utilizada em S-2190, S-2200 ou S-2300 de outro trabalhador, gerar uma nova matrícula.
