3150519 - Error signing Online Offer with DocuSign - Recruiting Management

When candidate accepted the online offer with eSignature, the candidate is getting the error "Failed to Load e Signature console. Document requiring e-signature was sent to an unregistered email ID"

1. Candidate gets offer link in email
2. Open the link and type in the Career credentials
3. Review the Online offer and accept the offer
4. Get an error "Failed to Load e Signature console. Document requiring e-signature was sent to an unregistered email ID"

DocuSign details are different from BizX Offer Letter.

This can happen when candidate information like name or email address is changed along the application process. You can check candidate profile and application history for any changes. 

Here are the options to resolve the issue:

• Recruiter can login to DocuSign then they can update (correct the email or name in DocuSign) to keep in consistent with BizX.
• Update the candidate profile or application to make the data consistent in the system then re-issue another offer letter.
• Product Support can reach out to Engineering team to correct the data in BizX DB. Customer approval is required to run the script.
