When replicating a service call from SAP Field Service Management to a corresponding ticket in SAP Cloud for Customer, you experience an error in Web Service Message Monitoring with message Change of Contact is Rejected Because Read-Only

Reproducing the Issue
- In SAP FSM system, trigger an update in a Service Call.
- In SAP C4C system, navigate to Administrator work center.
- Navigate to Web Service Message Monitoring view.
- See the error instance.
The corresponding ticket in SAP Cloud for Customer is set with status Completed or Closed at the moment the update is triggered from FSM, hence, all fields will be read-only in the ticket.
This is the system expected behavior.
Always ensure the ticket in Cloud for Customer side is in status Open or In Process, so that all updates from the corresponding Service Call in FSM are received accordingly.
