Symptom

After installation of Disclosure Management, the site does not start when accessing it via the browser

The error that shows is:

Message: This configuration section cannot be used at this path.  This happens when the site administrator has locked access to this section using <location allowOverride="false"> from an inherited configuration file. (C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SAP\SAP Disclosure Management\web.config line xxx)
