3150561 - Is it possible to change email text for documents sent via email?

You would like to confirm if it is possible to edit the message in the email when the option of sending the document via an email is chosen.

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 

Currently it is not possible to edit the email body content but you should be able to edit the email subject by using the field “Email Subject” while creating the Document Generation Template.

If this is an important possibility for you I recommend opening an enhancement request follow the KBA 2090228. This way our product management team and consider it for future releases.
