3150587 - SAP Fiori Launchpad transaction works on SAPGUI but fails to launch in browser (Gives security warning or error)

• When launching SAP Transaction /ui2/flp in the SAPGUI it works
• When pasting the URL from the above /ui2/flp to a browser, it shows some security warnings and fails to launch or the Fiori Launchpad is blank or empty 
• An example of the URL pasted in the browser is: https://10.X.Y.Z:<PORT>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/FioriLaunchpad.html
• Problem accessing the Fiori apps via any browser it shows up as blank
