This article describes how to change the Offer Letter file name when sending the Offer as PDF to the Candidate.

The file name can be changed via Manage Languages.

The corresponding key is: RECRUITING_OFFER_LETTER_PDF_ATTACHMENT_FILENAME

Notice that it's possible to change the label for each locale but the label will not follow the Candidate Locale but. The label will follow the System Language selected by the user. So, for example, if the current System Language of the User is English US and the Candidate Locale is Spanish, the File Name label will be sent as English US.
