SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
The User is using SSO authentication to access the system, however, when trying to use the File Input View, system requests the user's credentials.
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign 2111 and higher.
Cause
Currently this is the expected system behavior. SSO is not supported with the File Input function.
Resolution
Access the system without the SSO configuration and it will work properly.
